Sprechen sie Starbucks?

Right now, Tilden (the old-school blues guy) and myself are playing for tips at an antique store/coffeehouse in the downtown area. Some of the local musicians have heard us, and they've liked what they heard. My experience has put the word "coffeehouse" with singer-songwriters like the erstwhile Cat Stevens, the late Harry Chapin, or the current John Mayer. I'm not hating the acoustic guitar "tortured artist" types; it's just that I've never imagined myself in this kind of situation.
